Car owners and drivers can directly contact each other, bypassing the dedicated line. At the same time, more shippers are willing to find the driver directly through the Internet platform, and some companies will directly deliver the goods to the driver. The available resources for dedicated lines are becoming increasingly scarce. At the same time, there are more than ten logistics dedicated lines on the same route, with severe service homogenization and small price differences, making logistics dedicated lines difficult.

Chaotic management is also a very important reason. As we all know, many dedicated lines are "husband and wife stores" and "brother stores". Family businesses have strong cohesion and high trust, but their professionalism is very chaotic. The main reason is unclear accounts and unclear profits and losses. The scale of the dedicated line in the comprehensive logistics park is not large, and it is almost impossible to rely solely on professional accounting, blind expansion, and interbank operation.
